St. George’s played an integral part in the founding of the Episcopal School of Nashville (ESN) in 2016.ESN's mission is to build a diverse, urban, independent school nurturing the joy of learning and the spirit of discovery in each child. There are many opportunities to support this growing school community.

Lunch Buddies
Come enjoy the energy and uplifting conversation by volunteering as a lunch buddy at ESN! Our Purple Martins enjoy lunch in their recently renovated Commons located at the school building on 1310 Ordway Place in East Nashville. Have questions? Mystery Readers
Volunteers and special guests sign up to come read to students in Pre-K through 4th grade. This is a delightful way to bring joy to the classroom and spread the love of reading!
