St. Luke’s has a rich history of supporting children and families during the holiday season. When you donate brand new toys to The Toy Store, you ensure that families with limited means don't have to choose between rent and food or a gift for the children during the holidays.
The Service of Nine Lessons & Carols proclaims the joy and wonder of the Advent season with Scripture readings, carols, and hymns featuring St. George’s Choir, the Choristers of St. George’s, and St. Dunstan’s Choir. Come at 5:30pm for an organ prelude of seasonal carols as you prepare your heart for this musical feast. This service is a well-attended favorite, so please arrive early, and join us for a reception afterward.
Each year, church members are invited to make a special Christmas flower offering in memory or in honor of a loved one. Please make your offering no later than Sunday, December 15 for your loved ones to be included in the Christmas bulletins.
Volunteers are invited to prepare food Saturday morning and to set up worship and serve the meal on Sunday afternoon at Church of the Holy Trinity downtown. St. George’s supports this ministry the second Sunday of every month. Learn more and sign up online.
