Guest speaker David Zahl invited us to consider the unlikely keys to a gracious view of ourselves and others. David is Director of Mockingbird Ministries, an organization devoted to connecting the Christian faith with the realities of everyday life. His most recent book, Seculosity: How Career, Parenting, Technology, Food, Politics, and Romance Became Our New Religion and What To Do About It, appeared in 2019 from Fortress Press.

Parenting Series: Worrying Less, Trusting More

It’s not possible for any of us to completely eliminate worry from our lives, but we can learn about causes of anxiety and manage our worries as we entrust ourselves and our kids to God’s loving care. This class will draw on The Worry-Free Parent, written by Daystar Counseling’s Sissy Goff , along with other related resources. We invite parents of kids aged 0-18 to join us for conversation, support, and prayer.
Moms' Bible Study

This winter and spring, we will continue our study of the women who encountered Jesus in the gospels. Our time together will include fellowship, conversation, and prayer. This group is a great way to deepen your understanding of God’s Word and get connected with other women in a similar season of life. We welcome newcomers to join us at any point!
