As our bodies age, we can proactively engage in practices that build strength, flexibility, balance, cognition, and overall wellness. Mary Gilliam is a licensed physical therapist with 30 years of experience working with seniors. These programs are for men and women of all ages.

Tai Chi | For those who can comfortably stand for 30 minutes and have no significant balance problems.
Mondays at 4:00pm in Hampton Hall (Downstairs)
Yoga for All | This class for all will focus on relaxing, gentle stretching and strengthening, overall breathing, and moving in a healthy and kind way for promoting self-care. No experience needed.
Tuesdays at 8:45am in Hampton Hall (Downstairs)
Yoga | An energetic, movement-based class which requires participants to be easily mobile and injury free.
Wednesdays at 10:00am in Johnson Hall (Downstairs)
Seated Exercise | A 60-minute class allowing time for tai chi, seated yoga, mindfulness meditation, and strength/flexibility training.
