Men's Steak Dinner

Thursday, August 2

Come hear from Hal Gill, Nashville Predators Broadcast Team and Stanley Cup champion, and have a great steak dinner. Dinner and talk start at 6:00pm in Hampton Hall. Cost is $20 per person. RSVP to Joe King at joe.king@stgeorgesnashville.org.

Playground and Popsicles

Monday, August 20

Bring your preschool-aged children (older siblings welcome) for fun on the church playgrounds (back parking lot), popsicles and fellowship with other moms and dads from 10:00-11:30 on the third Monday of each month this summer.

Lemonade & Cookies

Sundays this Summer

Every Sunday Lemonade & Cookies will be available after The Table outside under the Gingko tree or after the 10:00am service on the front porch of the Nave. Talk a minute to grab a cookie, get a drink, and talk with your fellow St. Georgians. If you would like to volunteer with this ministry, please sign up on The City.

Try the Choir this Summer

Are you curious about the choral experience at St. George’s? If so, summer is the perfect time to try. The summer schedule is very light with a 9:00am Sunday rehearsal for the 10:00am service. In this free, four-part series led and sponsored by Senior Helpers, we will learn about dementia, how it affects the individuals, families, and communities. We will also consider how it affects caregivers and how we can develop a more dementia-friendly environment.
