Warm Clothes & Backpacks Needed

November - March

Our Room in the Inn closet is low on warm clothes for men. Please bring donations of new or gently used men’s clothing such as sweaters, pants, sweatshirts and pants, coats, scarfs, gloves, hats, and backpacks to the church office. We are also still in need of Innkeepers to spend the night with our guests in February and March. Please contact Elizabeth Cox at aenashville@yahoo.com with questions, or sign up online today!

Seniors Helping Others

Please join us from 10:00 to 12:00 in the Library to work on a project for Our Little Roses and the Episcopal School of Nashville. We will be preparing Valentine's Day cards for them with notes and candy.

The Basics: Healing Prayer Teach and Learn

Choral Evensong with Organ Concert

5:00pm in the Church

At Evensong, choral music and chant illuminates the biblical texts to allow a time of stillness, meditation, and prayer. Come at 4:30pm for a short Organ concert before the service.

Choristers' Auction & Dinner

Sunday, February 10

The Choristers will hold a Dessert Auction & Dinner immediately following the Choral Evensong service at 5:00pm. The evening will include dinner, special music, a live dessert auction, and more. Funds raised will help offset the cost of the Choristers’ upcoming residency at Ely Cathedral, England in July.

Adoption & Foster Care Lunch and Learn

Intercessory Prayer

Thursdays

Are you sick or burdened, and in need of deeper and stronger spiritual prayers? You are invited to the Thursday weekly prayer meeting in the Chapel at 5:30pm led by Fr. Martin Odidi.

Praying Parents

Tuesdays and Fridays

Join us Tuesdays from 1:00-1:30pm and/or Fridays from 9:15-9:45 in the Johnson Hall Prayer Room. This group will spend time praying for the children and families of St. George's.  This group is open to everyone at any time, but we hope that regulars will commit to joining us at least once each week.
 

Healing Service

Wednesdays at 10:00am

God delights to bring healing into all parts of our lives. Join us in the Chapel each week for a short service with Eucharist and an opportunity to receive healing prayer.

Youth Discovery Weekend

March 2 - 3

This fun weekend of spiritual formation is for our Middle School Youth with leadership opportunities for our High School Youth. We will dig deeper into our friendships and our community and grow together in our faith as we gather each day to eat and pray as a group.
