Summer Mission Trip

Sunday, June 18  - Monday, June 26

We are so excited for our annual Mission Trip to Our Little Roses (OLR) in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Participants will work directly with the girls from Our Little Roses through many relationship-building activities. You will also have the opportunity to work on another project throughout the week. 

OLR provides a residential home for 70 girls. The girls are provided spiritual guidance, a moral foundation, and medical and psychological services. Education is a priority with the ultimate goal of assisting the girls in seeking employment and career opportunities.

All adults and youth are welcome to join us for this trip. 

Youth who are rising sophomores or older may travel with Daniel Huff, our Director of Youth Ministries. Younger students must travel with a parent or guardian and remain in their care during the trip.

Pricing Details

Approximately $800 for hotel, ground transportation, activities (payable to church). Cost is adjusted based on room occupancy. 

Airfare is approximately $900-$1,200 and must be booked on your own. 

Deposit: $175 deposit required along with this registration to reserve your place. (If paying by credit card, deposit includes 3% credit card processing fees. Checks may be made payable to St. George’s with "Honduras trip" in the memo line.)

Deposit & additional payments are fully refundable until the final payment due date of May 9.

Flight Recommendations

Recommended airlines are Delta and American Airlines. Travelers should plan to arrive in Honduras prior to 1:00pm on Sunday, June 18.  Departure times on Monday, June 26 may be flexible.

Important Traveler Information

PASSPORT MUST BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS AFTER RETURNING FROM HONDURAS.

Proof of COVID vaccination is required by Our Little Roses.
