The 77th Annual Conference of the Episcopal Churchmen of Tennessee is July 21-23, 2023, at St. Mary’s Retreat Center in Sewanee. The beautiful mountaintop setting is the perfect location to host the next generation of Laymen’s Conferences. This year’s theme is “Renew and Refresh,” and speakers include Deacon Art Bass, Vocational Deacon at St. Luke Episcopal Church in Cleveland, TN; The Rev. Dr. Michael T. Justus, History Professor and Dean of the School of Humanities at Truett McConnell University in Georgia; and Sam Venable, Retired Journalist with Knoxville News Sentinel.
