We help children and families grow in the knowledge of God’s unconditional love through reading and studying the Bible. We equip our children to grow into lifelong followers of Christ, to build faith and community, and to share Christ’s love through service and outreach.

Christmas Gift Delivery with St. Luke's | Saturday, December 9 at 9:00am

Each year St. Luke’s Community House coordinates the Adopt-A-Senior program where Christmas gifts are donated to low-income seniors in the Nashville area. Families are invited to sign up to deliver these gifts and share Christmas joy with their receipients. Space is very limited, so sign up soon!

Children's Check-In | Every Sunday

Our new Children's Check-In acts as an extra safety measure for our youngest kids on Sunday mornings. We need volunteers to help families through the process.

Sunday School

Sundays at 10:05am

Our children from pre-kindergarten through 6th grade follow The Gospel Project curriculum. Together, we discover how the gospel story is woven through Scripture—from Genesis through Revelation. Our groups are led by a warm, energetic team of volunteers who are equipped to walk alongside you and your child as they grow in faith.

Kids Chapel

Johnson Hall | Kindergarteners - 4th graders

Kids Chapel is a space for kids to be actively involved in readings and worship, to cultivate community through games and conversation, and hear a sermon created for young listeners. Kids at the 8:45am services start with their families in worship, and during the Gospel hymn they follow an acolyte to Kids Chapel in Johnson Hall. Kids attending The Table at 9:00am should begin the service in Johnson Hall. Everyone will return to their families before Communion.

Junior Leaders for Kids Chapel | 5th & 6th Graders

Students in 5th and 6th grades have the opportunity to serve as leaders on Sunday mornings.

Nursery & Childcare

Children are welcome to all of our services. For our youngest children, nursery and childcare are available during the 8:45am, 9:00am, and 11:00am services on Sundays.

Nursery | Rooms 101, 102 & 105

For infants 8 weeks old through 2-year-olds (born in 2021)

The nursery opens at 8:30am on Sunday mornings and remains open during the Sunday school hour at 10:05am. Our loving staff are ready to care for your little ones starting 15 minutes before the service. The nursery closes immediately following the 11:00am service.

Childcare | Rooms 110 & 111

For 3-year-olds (born in 2020) through Kindergarteners

Childcare opens at 8:30am for families attending the 8:45 and 9:00am services, and it opens again at 10:45am for families attending the 11:00am service. Childcare is not available during Sunday school hour so children can participate in a Sunday school class. The childcare rooms close immediately following the 11:00am service.
