St. Dunstan's Choir

St. Dunstan’s Choir, for children in grades 3–7, rehearses most Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 to 5:30, with snacks in the Youth Choir Room at 4:30. This choir sings in church roughly once a month, and presents special musical events at Christmas and other special times.

Using the “Voice for Life” Training Scheme of the Royal School of Church Music gives each individual singer instruction in voice production, music reading, and all the skills they will need to excel as singers in this choir and in the rest of their life.

New members are always welcome! Just come along on a Wednesday afternoon, and we’ll get you involved.

RSCM

We are so proud of our children and youth who are engaged in the Royal School of Church Music curriculum through St. Gregory’s and St. Dunstan’s Choirs. Under the tutelage of Dr. Mark Ring, Gerry Senechal, Laurel Fisher and Rachel Hansbury, our young people spend time each week studying not only musical performance and musicianship skills, but also studies in both Liturgy and Christian Discipleship. They progress through a range of levels (“colours”) and, based on assessment of their achievements at each level, they may qualify for RSCM medals to be worn with their vestments when singing in worship.

Please complete this registration for 2010 - 2011!
